Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Level 2
We'll go deeper into techniques that take you to the State of Yoga Nidra. At the end of training, you’ll be equipped to teach large groups, 1:1 sessions, and give 2 - 3hr. Yoga Nidra workshops.
